I've gotten to 5 keys and 26 Documents on Solo, but I can't get to 7 keys...

A better Idea is to get just the 7 keys. Their location is cemented so you do not have to go searching for them everywhere. The Documents are completely optional and do not need to be obtained. Trust me, I know how it all goes. I've had to do it countless times on countless characters. Good luck with your keys.
